Before any staging is scheduled, we will want to set up a staging consultation first to evaluate the home. This process is done in order to determine how much staging will be needed and to give a proper estimate.
A staging estimate with three options will be sent to the client. This allows the client the opportunity to decide between a light stage cost or a full stage cost. Any modifications to the estimate can be done.
Once the client has decided on staging, we will schedule a day and time to arrive at the property and do our magic. Client is welcome to be present. This process can take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours to complete.
Once staging is completed, a monthly rental fee will take place after 90 days. Client can request staging to be pulled prior to the 90 day mark in order to avoid fees. The monthly rental fee can be paid at closing through escrow.
Once your property goes pending and you passed appraisal, we will schedule a day and time to remove all the staging items. This process usually takes 2 hours to complete. Client does not have to be present unless desired.
This is the best part, WE GET PAID AT CLOSING! We are happy to offer getting paid in full including monthly rentals at closing through escrow. Please note that if your home does not sell, payment must still be paid in full. If this option is desired, we do charge an additional $150.00 fee .
